Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your All 4s Mobile account and the data attached to it. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by asking us here.

In the app (immediate)

Open All 4s Mobile → Profile → Delete my data. It takes effect straight away and you do not need to contact us.

By request (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@daretechnologies.net with the subject “Delete my All 4s Mobile account”.

So we can find the right account, please include your player name and your friend code if you know it, and — if you signed in with Google, Facebook, Play Games or Apple — the email address you used. We will confirm by email when it is done, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account itself, including any Google, Facebook, Play Games or Apple sign-in linked to it. If you used Sign in with Apple, the app also asks Apple to revoke its token, so All 4s Mobile stops appearing under Settings → your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple.
Your player name, avatar, friend code and district
Your stats, achievements and streaks
Your friends, friend requests and block list
Your coin balance and any cosmetic items you own
Your notification settings and any device tokens
Your online/offline status

What we keep, and why

Finished match records — a completed match belongs to everyone who played it, so it is not ours alone to erase. Your name is removed from it.
A record of purchases — the store transaction id only, with no personal details. It is what stops a purchase being granted twice, and it is also what lets you restore a purchase later.
Reports you sent about other players — the report itself stays, because it is about someone else’s behaviour and other players are relying on it, but your name is removed from it. Reports other people sent about you also stay: those are not yours to erase.

Nothing we keep can be used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Emailed requests are actioned within 30 days. Backups held by our hosting provider roll off on their own schedule and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
