Terms of Service

By playing All 4s Mobile you agree to these terms. They are meant to be read, so we have kept them short.
1. The game
All 4s Mobile is a free game of All Fours, published by D.A.R.E Technologies of Trinidad & Tobago. We may update, change or discontinue it.
2. Entertainment only — no gambling
All 4s Mobile is for entertainment. Coins and cosmetic items have no monetary value. They cannot be wagered, staked on the outcome of a match, cashed out, sold, or exchanged for money or anything of value, by us or by you. Nothing in this game is a bet.
3. Who can play
All 4s Mobile is a general-audience game and is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to use it (16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, where that is the local age of digital consent). If you are below that age, please do not create an account.
4. Your account
You may play as a guest or sign in with Google, Facebook, Play Games or Apple. You are responsible for what happens on your account. A guest account lives on one device — if you lose the device without linking a sign-in method, that progress is gone and we cannot recover it.
You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete my data. We may suspend an account that abuses other players, cheats, or attempts to interfere with the service.
5. Behaviour, and what you can post
Two things you provide are visible to other players: the name you choose and the fixed phrases you send at the table. Both are covered by these terms.
Play fair and treat other players decently. Do not use a name that is abusive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or is otherwise offensive — names are screened and may be reset without notice. Do not attempt to manipulate matches, leaderboards or the economy, or to access other players’ data.
Reporting. If another player’s name or behaviour breaks these rules, report them: tap the flag beside their name at the table, or open their profile from your friends list. You can block them at the same time. We review every report and may reset a name, suspend an account, or remove it. Blocking is immediate and entirely up to you; reporting is how anyone else gets protected from the same behaviour.
6. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us, and their refund policies apply. Coins and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game — you do not own them, and they may not survive the game being discontinued. “Remove Ads” is a one-off purchase tied to your store account and can be restored.
7. Ads
The free game is supported by advertising. You may remove ads with a purchase. We do not control the content of third-party ads.
8. Availability
Online play needs a working internet connection and our servers. We do not promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted. Offline practice against bots works without a connection.
9. Liability
All 4s Mobile is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
