If you are reporting a problem, tell us your player name, your phone model, and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough for us to find it.

Common questions

I lost my progress after changing phone.

A guest account lives on one device only. To carry progress across phones, open Profile and sign in with Google, Facebook, Play Games or Apple — your existing progress moves onto that account. Do this before switching devices; once a guest account is gone we cannot recover it.

I kicked the Six and got no points.

Check which ruleset the table is using — it is shown on the setup screen and, when it is not the default, on the table itself. In Tobago rules the Two replaces the Six as the 2-point turn-up, so a kicked Six scores nothing. That is the rule, not a bug.

Why did the other side get the Low point when I won that trick?

Low goes to whoever was dealt the lowest trump, not to whoever won the trick it was played in. Tap Lift during a hand to see every trick taken so far.

My friend shows as offline but they are playing.

Online status only appears while the app is open and in front. If they have it in the background it will show them as offline.

I bought Remove Ads and the ads are back.

Open Profile and use Restore purchases. Remove Ads is tied to your Google Play or Apple account, so make sure you are signed in with the same store account you bought it on.

Someone is being abusive, or their name is offensive.

Report them, and block them. At the table, open the chat button and tap the flag beside their name; from your friends list, open their name and choose Report. Pick a reason, add anything useful, and leave Block them as well ticked. Blocking is immediate: it hides them from you, stops matchmaking putting you together, and removes any friendship. Reporting is what lets us reset an offensive name or suspend an account — a person reads every report. They are never told who reported them. You can also email us if you would rather.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete my data. It is immediate and permanent. See the privacy policy for exactly what is removed.

Is this gambling?

No. Coins are cosmetic only and cannot be wagered, cashed out or exchanged for anything of value.
