All 4s Mobile · D.A.R.E Technologies · Last updated: 6 August 2026
All 4s Mobile is a free game of All Fours. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how to get rid of it. We have tried to describe what the software actually does rather than everything the law permits.
Who we are
D.A.R.E Technologies, Trinidad & Tobago. Contact: support@daretechnologies.net.
What we collect
| Data | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| An account identifier | To keep your progress, coins and friends attached to you | Always. A guest account is anonymous — it identifies a device, not a person. |
| Name and email from Google, Facebook, Play Games or Apple | Only if you choose to sign in with one, so your progress survives a lost phone | Optional |
| Player name, avatar, friend code, optional district | So other players can recognise and add you | Always (name is auto-generated for guests) |
| Game results: matches, wins, hands, streaks, achievements, match history | Stats, achievements and leaderboards | When you finish an online match |
| Friends list, friend requests, blocks, and whether you are currently online | The social features. Your online status is visible only to confirmed friends. | When you use them |
| Coin balance, owned cosmetics, and a record of purchases | To give you what you bought and to stop a purchase being granted twice | When you earn or buy |
| Reports you send about another player | So we can act on abusive names and behaviour | Only when you report someone |
| Advertising identifier and ad interactions (Google AdMob) | To show ads, which keep the game free | Unless you buy Remove Ads. Subject to your consent choice on first run. |
What we do not collect: we do not ask for your real name, address, phone number or date of birth. We never see your payment details — purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. We do not sell your data. There is no analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the app.
What other players can see
Your player name, avatar, headline win/loss counts and district (if you set one) are visible to other signed-in players — that is what makes leaderboards and friend requests work. Your online status is visible only to people you have accepted as friends. Your email address is never shown to anyone.
If you report another player, your report is not shown to them. They are not told who reported them.
Advertising
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Where the law requires a choice, you are asked for it on first run and we respect it; that choice can be changed at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices, and you can remove ads entirely with a one-off purchase.
On iPhone and iPad we ask for non-personalised ads. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use your device’s advertising identifier to track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Google’s own policy: policies.google.com.
Where it is stored
On Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions), which may process and store data on servers outside Trinidad & Tobago. Live match data is temporary and torn down after a match ends; results and profile data are kept until you delete them.
Deleting your data
In the app: Profile → Delete my data. This deletes your account itself — including any Google, Facebook, Play Games or Apple sign-in linked to it — together with your profile, stats, achievements, friends, requests, blocks, wallet, cosmetics, notification settings and online status.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can ask us instead: see Delete your account. We action emailed requests within 30 days.
Three deliberate exceptions. Finished match records are kept because a completed match belongs to everyone who played it — your name is removed from them. A record of purchases is kept: the store transaction id only, with no personal details, because it is what stops a purchase being granted twice and what lets you restore a purchase later. And any report you sent about another player is kept — it is about someone else’s behaviour and other players rely on it — but your name is removed from it; reports other people sent about you also remain, because those are not yours to erase. None of this can be used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can: see your profile and stats in the app; change your player name, avatar and district in Profile; turn notifications on or off in Settings; change your advertising choice (see Advertising); and delete everything as described above. If you would like a copy of your data, email us and we will send it.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Where we rely on your consent — advertising personalisation — you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before. Our other processing rests on performing the service you asked for (running matches, keeping your progress, honouring purchases) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and free of abuse.
How long we keep things
Your account and its data are kept while your account exists, and are deleted when you delete it. Live match state is temporary and torn down after the match ends. A rate-limiting record used to stop room codes being guessed is kept for about an hour. Retained purchase records are kept for as long as we need to honour restores and meet tax and accounting duties. Reports about another player are kept while we act on them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that repeat behaviour can be recognised; if you delete your account, your name is stripped from any report you sent.
Security
Data is held on Google Firebase and protected by server-side security rules: your private hand of cards is readable only by you, your online status only by your confirmed friends, and the authoritative game state is written only by our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
All 4s Mobile is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom). If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will remove it.
Gambling
There is none. Coins are cosmetic only: they cannot be wagered, staked, cashed out or exchanged for anything of value. All 4s Mobile is entertainment.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
